SI Model Kate Upton confirms her alleigance to the Maize & Blue
I did a post last month on Sports Illustrated Super Model Kate Upton and her allegiance to Michigan Football.
Kate confirmed to Detroit radio station 97.1 The Ticket during Super Bowl week in Indianapolis that she is, indeed, a Michigan fan, and doesn't think much of Sparty and the Green and White.
Thanks to the Big Lead for the article.

Michigan Head Football Coach Brady Hoke has been named Collegiate Coach of the Year by the Maxwell Football Club.
Hoke, who led the Wolverines to a 11-2 record and a win in the Sugar Bowl in his first season at Michigan, is the third Michigan Head Football Coach to win the award, following Bo Schembechler(1989) and Lloyd Carr(1997).
The award is the third Coach of the Year Award for Hoke, who was named the first ever Hayes-Schembechler Big Ten Coach of the Year by the Big Ten Coaches and the Dave McLain Award by the Big Ten Media.

Former Michigan QB Tom Brady, Patriots, back in Super Bowl
It wasn't pretty today, but the New England Patriots are back in another Super Bowl, the 5th time since former Michigan QB Tom Brady took over as the starting QB for the Patriots 10 years ago.
Brady wasn't good today, telling Jim Nantz of CBS in the AFC Championship Trophy ceremony, "...I sucked."
Brady's 1 yard TD run with 11:29 left in the 4th QTR was the eventual game winning score.
The Ravens drove down the field in the final minuets, only to have a game winning TD pass dropped and a game tying FG missed with seconds left in the game.
Brady becomes just the second ever NFL QB to start 5 Super Bowls, joining former Denver Broncos QB John Elway, who was 2-3 in his 5 starts.
